Speedplay DTLA | 60-min. HIIT workout

Join us for a FREE Speedplay 60-minute high-intensity interval training workout! Workouts combine Woodway Curve treadmills, Concept2 Rowers, and free weights to give a highly effective and unique total body workout.

Arrive by 6:45-6:50pm to get acquainted with Speedplay DTLA & equipment and to sign a waiver. Class will start promptly at 7pm. Bring a bottle of water to fill and a towel. They will have some cold pressed juice from Juice Served Here for juice shots after class.

Speedplay DTLA is a revolutionary high-intensity interval training. Run, row, suspend, and lift for LA's most effective workout. Created by personal trainer Xavier Quimbo and chiropractor Ryan Pendon, Speedplay was born out of the need for a hard, effective, and exclusive training class for everyone from beginners to elite performance athletes. Envisioned as a creative workout atmosphere, classes are fast-paced and playlist-curated.

Speedplay DTLA is located in the South Park neighborhood just two blocks from Staples Center. Amenities: alkaline water, restroom.
