ediBOL guests are already craving the Hash Melts off the munchaBOL menu. This dish combines roasted garlic and herb pork hash with melted sharp cheddar, lime crema, and tomatillo pineapple relish. Other favorites are Fried Pickle Chips and Spiced Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sliders, topped with creme fraiche ranch and honey citrus slaw. The PB&J is an addiction for some, which is pork belly, fig jam, and zesty lemon gremolata. Each munchaBOL is priced at $4.20.
While feasting on the cannabis-themed menu, try one of ediBOL’s drinkaBOLS. Each $6 hand-crafted cocktail is named after a popular marijuana strain, combining homemade shrubs, muddled fruit, and shochu. The Pineapple Express is an effervescent concoction with tropical mango, lime, and ginger. There is also the Tangie, which is a zesty orange lime mojito, while the Blackberry Kush is an uplifting combination of fresh berries and lemon.
