Foam Roller Workshop – Sweat Yoga Little Tokyo

Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release technique, used to inhibit overactive muscles. It also used to relieve muscle tension, increase range of motion, and potentially decrease the risk of injury. In this workshop you will learn the proper way to use a foam roller to receive all of the benefits listed above.
