Take a break from your busy day to get still, present, and observant. Mindfulness Meditation is a powerful tool to bring you back into your body, into the present moment, and into observance of what is going on under the surface for you. Whether you are an experienced meditator or just a newbie, this 45 minute class will slow your mind and your breath, clear away mental clutter and chatter, and send you back into the rest of your day with clarity, focus, and ease.
