Orangetheory Fitness DTLA

Join us for a 60-minute workout at Orangetheory Fitness DTLA!

Orangetheory Fitness workouts are centered around interval training. For 60 minutes, you will move through brief but intense interval stations, spending a minute or two at each spot. The heart rate monitor provided to you by their instructors will show how your body is responding to the activity. Each session will include a variety of exercises to challenge and energize all of your muscle groups.

First class is FREE!

Please arrive at 11:30am to check-in, sign waiver, get acquainted with the facilities and equipment, and set up your heart rate monitor.
Class starts promptly at 12pm.

Parking - 90-minute validation in the John Hancock Building garage.
