Some flows, but focused on strength training! Our long holds section is a bit longer and integrates light hand weights. You’ll still move on your own for a bit and have the same cool down as our flow class.
sweat offers a contemporary version of vinyasa yoga. They won’t beat you up with their version of spirituality, proper diet, chakras or meditation, but they also won’t deny the self-improvement, awareness and peace that accompanies a sweat practice..
sweat offers their students an athletic style of yoga, a thorough sweat, and teachers who park their egos at the door – teachers who have something to share but also recognize that students need to be in their own space without the bombardment of repetitive cues.
Their classes will be fun, creative and challenging. The yoga room will be heated but bearable, beautiful, and filled with creative cutting edge music.

There is metered parking available on 2nd Street and Central.
Parking is available for Brunswig Square building - driveway is immediately next to Joe's Parking. Validation is $3 for 90 minutes.
