Orangetheory Fitness DTLA | Free First Class
Orangetheory Fitness workouts are centered around interval training. For 60 minutes, you will move through brief but intense interval stations, spending a minute or two at each spot. The heart rate monitor provided to you by their instructors will show how your body is responding to the activity. Each session will include a variety of exercises to challenge and energize all of your muscle groups.
